FOOD TRUCKS
What we need from you right now:
1. Plan on arriving on event day and being set up by 9:30. Your designated area is on the map below! Volunteers will also be on site to help guide you.
2. To pay the $100 vendor fee, please see our tickets page!
FOR LOCAL VENDORS AND DEMONSTRATORS

Set up will open at 8:00 at the Prescott Valley Civic Center and we aim to be set up by 9:30
There will be other events happening and if the roads are closed just let the attendants know you a re a vendor and they will let you through!

Local Lodging
An local's guide to local hotel accommodations.
This hotel is older but well kept. It is one of the least expensive in the area. It comes with a pool, continental breakfast, hot tub and Wi-Fi among other amenities. Located on Highway 69 and just over a mile away from the event. Close to Taco Bell, KFC, Burger King, Safeway, McDonald's, and Jack in the Box.
This is one of the newer hotels in the area and a little pricier. It has a pool, breakfast, hot tub, Wi-Fi, and gym. It's located at the corner of Glassford Hill Rd and Hwy 69. Just over a mile away from the event. Close to IHOP, Del Taco, Fry's, Wendy's, Dunkin Donuts, and MOD Pizza.
Another older but well kept hotel. It is comparative in price to Green Tree Inn, it has breakfast and Wi-Fi. It's also nearly next door to Green Tree and just over a mile from the event.
A smaller hotel, not much more expensive than Green Tree and Clarion Pointe. It has cute southwestern decor, pool, hot tub, breakfast, and WiFi. Close to Denny's and just a little farther down the road than Green Tree and Clarion Pointe.
